ATV and Motorcycle Warranty Information:

Southeastern Wholesale.com, Inc does not manufacture any of the ATV's bikes scooters, etc. that we import. We are simply a dealer for the various brands we carry and thus we are not liable for maintaining warranty coverage. Warranty coverage is determined solely by each distributor/mfg. If you feel that you have a warranyt claim, and you purchased the item from us, please call us and we will be happy to start processing the claim with the appropriate mfg. We will also be happy to put you into direct contact with the mfg. of your ATV or bike. Below is the warranty information from each company we sell from. Also, please note before you buy, most of these warranties cover PARTS only, no labor. Also, if on the VERY RARE occasion that an engine or transmission fails during the warranty period, these companies in most caseswill not replace the entire engine, only the parts to fix the problem. Fortunately out of the hundreds of these units we have sold, we have only had one transmission failure on the brands below. If parts are in stock at each distributor, it will take about 3 days up to 2 weeks to receive it. If not, then it could take 3 weeks or longer for it to come from China.

Redcat:
ATV's - 6 Month Warranty on all parts except for tires, batteries, brakes and body parts. Warranty does not cover damage due to abuse. Motorcycles above 50cc - 6 Month Warranty on all parts except tires, batteries, brakes and body parts. Warranty does not cover damage due to abuse. Motorcycles under 50cc / Scooters / Carts - 3 Month Warranty on all parts except tires, brakes, batteries and body parts. Warranty does not cover damage due to abuse. We stock a wide variety of parts and if a warranted part needs replacement; you must first send us the part and we will replace it within 2 days if we have stock. If we do not currently have the part in stock, it may have to be imported from Asia, which could take up to 1-3 weeks. Our ATVs and Motorcycles are very easy to work on and most individuals with a small amount of mechanical ability can repair the Motorcycle or ATV. If you are not able to handle the repair yourself, any local dealer in your area that services motorcycles or scooters should be able to do it for you. This warranty does not include labor, wearable parts or damaged parts from accidents, abuse, or shipping. If you have a part that needs replacing, please contact us and we'll send the part within 3 days, or let you know the lead time for the part. In some cases, the parts may have to be shipped from China and may take up to 3 weeks for delivery. NO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR AGREEMENTS: THERE ARE NO AGREEMENTS OR WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OTHER THAN THOSE STATED IN THIS AGREEMENT. REDCAT MOTORS SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PAYMENT OF DAMAGES, OTHER THAN THE SUMS SPECIFIED IN THIS AGREEMENT AND LIMITED WARRANTY, FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING FROM INJURY, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF TIME, RENTAL VEHICLES, PROFITS, OR INCOME TO THE CUSTOMER AS A RESULT OF A FAILURE OF ANY COMPONENT OR PART.

Kazuma:
Kazuma's ATV warranty covers parts only internal to the engine and transmission for 6 months. No other parts are covered whatsoever and no labor is covered. All of the legal jargon is pretty much identical to redcat's above

Jackel:
Jackel's ATV warranty covers the engine and drivetrain for 6 months and all other parts other than wear parts and plastic for 3 months. All of the legal jargon is pretty much identical to redcat's above

Unison:
The Unison ATV warranty covers everything but wear parts and plastic for 6 months. Unison's warranty includes labor as well if there is a dealer nearby that can work on it. All of the legal jargon is pretty much identical to redcat's above
