Ordering
from Southeastern Wholesale.com, Inc
Although
we do not currently have an online ordering system for reasons mentioned
later, ordering from Southeastern Wholesale is a safe and simple
process. Since most of the items we sell on this website are large
ticket items and require LTL freight delivery because they are to
heavy or bulky for UPS or Fed Ex delivery, there are too many variables
that can go into the final order for just a simple "shopping
cart" style ordering systen. Because of this, we do require
in most cases that you make your order by phone. We can accept all
major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discovery, and American
Express. Check cards and debit cards are ususlly no problem either!
. If you want to pay online because you do not feel comfortable
giving your credit card info out over the phone, we can bill you
through paypal after speaking to you by phone or email, where you
can perform a completely secure online payment
Payments
accepted:
We
accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also
accept paypal. If you don not have access to these methods, we accept
money orders, cashiers checks, and wire transfers.
Shipping:
We
ship large items using an LTL freight company. Currently for these
shipments we are using Overnite Transportation due to their reliability
and reasonable price. We do not charge any additional charges for
residential delivery or liftgate service. When receiving an item
through an LTL company, the freight company must ahve a contact
phone number and speak with someone before they will deliver the
item. They will also require that someone be present to sign for
the item and help unload it. Shipping can take from 1-8 days. It
never takes 3-6 weeks like some companies will tell you. We will
not take an order unless it is available to ship immediately or
next business day. Sometimes we will ship direct from our distributors
to your door if we are out of stock in the warehouse. This does
not generally add any extra time to the order.
For
smaller items requiring only standard shipping, we ship only by
UPS. DO NOT ask us to ship via Postal Service or Fed Ex.
We
only ship within the United States. Alaska and Hawaii shipping is
available on large shipments, but can be pricey. Quotes to these
locations take longer to receive than within the continental US.

receive a shipping quote on any item, please email
us. We will need to know your zip code and the item you are
interested in, as well as if you need any special services.
Returns
Returns
for refunds are not generally accepted. If in the extreme case we
do process a refund, it will not ever include the original shipping
costs or the shipping costs back. If the refund is just due to unsatisfaction
with the product, we will incur at least a 15% restocking fee. Exchanges
will be determined on a case by case basis. We will not refund or
exchange because of a warranty part, unless it is an extreme case.
That will be determined at our discretion.
Warranty
Our
powersports products by Kazuma and Redcat are covered with a 6 month
drivetrain warranty for parts only. Parts will be shipped out of
the distributors warehouses in either Houston or Lousiana. In stock
parts usually take 3 days to get here. We rarely have trouble getting
normal wear parts immediately. This warranty will not include labor
of any kind. If you are attempting to perform the labor yourself
and do it improperly and damage something else, we can not usually
cover that part. Also, most of the time we can only replace the
actual part that is damaged under warranty, IE. we cant replace
an entire engine because a clutch burns out, just because you dont
know how to replace the clutch properly. If we can not help you
with the warranty issues to your satisfaction, we will provide you
with direct contact to our distributors here in the US.
All
non powersports warranty issues are covered by manufacturers warranties
and you should contact them for warranty claims.
