The 50cc Meerkat from Kazuma and the identical KMX 50 from Redcat motors are awsome starter quads recommended for young children ages 6+. It has a super reliable 4 stroke (no oil mixing) engine design borrowed from early 80's Honda CT Style engine patents mated to a heavy built frame and body that looks similar to offerings from Suzuki. There are several Safety features here including a kill switch that can be activated remotely with a tether cord, a speed limiter that can throttle the speed down to VERY SLOW speeds for beginners, Full floorboards to protect little feet, and a headlight and horn for visibility, as well as a single brake to avoid confusion when stopping the ATV. The Jackel 50 ATV has the same features and cosmetics, but adds some quality improvements that put it a step ahead of the competition. It features Japanese seals and bearings, powder coated frame for toughness, geniuine Mikuni Carburetor, and a warranty that includes 6 months parts replacement for engine, and 3 months on everything else (not caused by abuse, accident, installation, or wear). Their parts department is tops as well!!

Shipping Info:
This item when in stock generally ships to your door in 3-14 business days. Shipping quotes are determined on your zip code and can vary greatly from $75-$300, and even more on some large units to the west coast. If there is currently a special on this ATV that includes free shipping, this will include delivery to the continental US, not alaska or Hawaii. All shipping includes residential delivery with liftgate services at no additional charge through our LTL carrier (must be accessible by 18wheeler for residential delivery). Some exceptions apply, please ask before ordering if this is a necessity. Call us with any questions or quotes on shipping BEFORE placing an order. Call ahead for customer pickups. All customer pickups will incur $75 additional fee to each unit. ALL SHIPMENTS ARE FOB from our warehouse or whatever mfg. warehouse they may ship from. This means you are responsible for filing for any damages that may occur during shipment. You must pay for any replacemets parts that we are charged for(parts are very very inexpensive) and allow the shipping company to reimburse you. If you refuse a shipment due to minor damge such as plastic scratches or similar, then you will be charged for shipping again to receive a replacement. While we are glad to assist you in these rare issues, SEW is in no way responsible for replacing entire units because of freight damage. If you do not agree to this do not order this item!

Payment:
This awesome ATV is avaiable for a limited time at the low price below including shipping charges to a residence in the continental US, including liftgate service. You may pay via credit card by phone, money order by mail, or or use paypal. Please if paying by paypal, include a phone number for the shipping company. Also due to fraud, we can only ship to the billing address on the credit card or a registered address with paypal or the credit card company.

Assembly:
You are buying this unit brand new in the factory crate, just as if you are the dealer. We do not open these cratesand you as the customer are totally held liable for proper assembly and safety inspection. If you feel that you can not assemble the unit properly, it must be taken to a professional mechanic for assembly. Assembly in most cases includes tighteneing the handlebars, bolting on the wheels, installing the battery, and changing or topping off the fluids. You may also need to bolt on bumpers, lights, etc depending on the model you have purchased. After assembly is complete you should check all adjustments on the steering and brakes as well as check other bolts for tightness after every ride for maximum safety and reliability.

Warranty
(Taken directly from Kazuma's and Redcat's website. Their warranty is pretty much the sameMost all imported ATV's have about the same warranty.) We are your first contact point for warranty issues with kazuma, and if we cant satisfy you, we will put you directly in touch with them for even greater service! Please understand that warranty coverage is for parts only and that neither Southeastern Wholesale.com, Inc nor Kazuma will replace an entire unit no mater what goes wrong during the warranty period. Also, while very rare problems, if something does happen internally, and you can not fix this yourself, please be prepared to hire a mechanic if you can not do this work yourself. Please. realize that you can pay over $1000 more for a name brand bike basicaly just to get the labor part of the warranty.

Our warranty is 6 months on the engine parts only. Our warranty does not cover damage due to abuse.

This warranty does not include labor, wearable parts or damaged parts from accidents, abuse, or shipping. If you have a part that needs replacing, please contact us and we will send the part within 3 days. In some cases, the parts may have to be air shipped from China and may take up to 3 weeks for delivery.

Our ATVs are easy to work on and most individuals with small amount of mechanical ability can epair the ATV. If you are not able to repair yourself, any local dealer in your area that services motorcycles or scooters should be able to do it for you.

SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PAYMENT OF DAMAGES, OTHER THAN THE SUMS SPECIFIED IN THIS AGREEMENT AND LIMITED WARRANTY, FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING FROM INJURY, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF TIME, RENTAL VEHICLES, PROFITS, OR INCOME TO THE CUSTOMER AS A RESULT OF A FAILURE OF ANY COMPONENT OR PART.

Always wear a helmet when operating this type of equiment. Always require that all riders wear a helmet and proper riding gear or serious injury or death could occur. None of the ATV's we sell are intended to hold 2 or more riders, this is dangerous and can also result in injury or death. Do not allows riders outside of the intended operated ages or weights operate this equipment.
